Our experience began when I just had to have glass shower doors on the bathtubs in my two guest bathrooms. So I began the search and read so many positive reviews on 'The Glass Guys'. On my first try, I got a real person, no automated response which was a good sign in my book. I spoke with Caroline and she answered all my questions so I scheduled an appointment. Marc, the owner was at my house on schedule and was very professional. We showed him what we wanted and he, like Caroline answered all of our questions. Installation day arrived and the shower doors were installed and looked wonderful. The following day, there were a couple of issues and Marc immediately came to see what the problems were. It was the hinges, so he ordered new hinges and scheduled replacing the hinges when they came in. Once again, all was going well. Then on one of the doors, the installation of the new hinges caused an additional problem which led to unforeseen issues. However, the guys immediately told us of the issue then Marc and Josh came to the house to see for themselves. They called in reinforcements and within a couple of hours had the problem taken care of to our satisfaction. What meant more to us, was the way that the entire team handled the issue that arose. They were courteous, apologetic, calm and above all handled the situation with grace. This showed us what quality people Marc and Caroline and the entire team are. The shower doors work perfectly as well as elevate and update our guest baths. We are very pleased with the doors and 'The Glass Guys'. Do not hesitate to call 'The Glass Guys'
